The communication was alright overall, but the replies were a bit slow. I was already feeling mentally drained, so waiting around for responses made the whole thing feel a little more frustrating than it needed to be.

In my experience, Aspire Comps is fairly reasonable on ticket prices compared with a few other competition sites I’ve tried. I like that there’s usually a good mix of cheaper tickets, so you can have a go without feeling like you’re spending too much.
That said, I do think some of the bigger prizes can add up if you end up buying a few tickets, but that’s not really unexpected. Overall, I’ve been happy with the pricing and I’d probably use them again.

The winner posts are easy to understand, which I appreciate 🙂 I just wish they updated a bit faster sometimes!

The live draw went fine tonight, no major issues there. I just didn’t love that when I had a question, it kind of felt like I was being dismissed instead of actually heard

Trying to pay was annoying. My card kept failing even though everything looked fine, and at one point I was worried I might’ve been charged without getting any update. Not the smoothest experience.

So... I bought a couple of tickets on aspirecomps.co.uk and the confirmation landed in my inbox pretty much straight away. The site was easy to use and there wasn’t any messing about, which I always appreciate.
I liked that all the ticket details were clearly there in the email too. Made the whole thing feel simple and straightforward, so I’ll probably have another go soon.

I’ve tried it out and the prizes do seem real, which is nice. I’m still not 100% convinced yet, but so far it feels LEGIT

I had to send something back to aspirecomps.co.uk and wasn’t sure how smooth the refund would be. It did take a few days longer than I would’ve liked, but they replied when I chased it and the money came back without any real hassle. Not amazing, but fair enough overall.

I’ve used aspirecomps.co.uk a few times now and, to be fair, it did feel secure. Payments went through without any drama and I got confirmation emails straight away, which was nice, because apparently that’s not always a given these days. I’m giving it 4 stars because the site could definitely explain a bit more in places, but overall it worked fine and I didn’t have any issues

I had a really good experience with the account manager. They were super helpful and made everything feel a lot easier, which I really appreciated. Maybe it’s just me, but having someone responsive and clear makes such a difference, right?

I've entered a few times now and every draw has gone ahead when they said it would. No messing about, no sitting around waiting ages, which is basically all I was hoping for. Nice and simple really.

I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged support. They actually got back to me quickly and sorted it out without any hassle. Really decent service, and I’d happily use aspirecomps again.

I’ve used aspirecomps a few times now and, to be fair, it’s simple to enter. Everything works fine and I’m not sitting here raging about it or anything, but the odds just don’t really feel that great to me.

Some of the competitions seem to have loads of tickets available, and after a while it starts to feel like your chances are barely there unless you’re buying a bunch. Which is totally fine, obviously, but I’m not really looking to spend loads just to feel involved.

I’m not saying it’s a bad site, it’s just probably not for me at the moment. I’d be more tempted if there were smaller entry numbers or the odds were made a bit clearer before you spend...
